As an artist, a traveler, and a native to New Mexico – it’s only fitting to go to the most well known places here. I always wanted to go and my friend called me and said I booked a room and I am leaving this week for a day trip – I said I’m going with you… and glad I did. Carlsbad Caverns is phenomenal spectacle! As we walked deeper and deeper into the cave we found a natural treasure deep inside the cave. It feels that there is a very possible connection to Egypt. To discuss the beauty and awe of it would not do it justice – so I took pictures (as I do).
